❌ EzySMSGateway Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and you may decide to stop using EzySMSGateway. That’s why we make cancellations easy and contract-free.

🗓 How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, simply email our support team at: support [at] ezymarketer [dot} com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

This gives us enough time to process your cancellation and ensure you are not charged for the upcoming billing cycle.

⏰ Example: If your renewal date is on the 15th of the month, please email us no later than the 13th.

✅ No Lock-In Contracts

We don’t believe in locking you into long-term contracts. Our service is billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel at any time, as long as you give the required notice.

🔁 What Happens After You Cancel?

Once we receive your cancellation request, our Admin Team will review and process it as quickly as possible—usually within 1 business day.

As soon as your account is cancelled:

✅ Your access to EzySMSGateway will end immediately.

🛑 All services connected to your account will be deactivated — including any active phone connections and SMS gateway functionality.

❌ There are no partial refunds or credits for unused time remaining on your current subscription period.

📧 You’ll receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is complete.

⚠️ Please note: If you cancel mid-cycle, your account will be closed immediately upon our Admin Team actioning your request, not at the end of the billing period. For this reason, we recommend cancelling as close as possible to your renewal date (while still giving us the required 48-hour notice) to get the most out of your subscription.

We’re always sad to see you go — but you’re welcome to come back and rejoin at any time.

❗Important Note

Cancellations must be requested via email. We cannot accept cancellation requests through social media, live chat, or text messages.

Please make sure to include your account name and registered email in your cancellation request to help us process it quickly.
