Getting started is quick and easy — just download our app, install it on your Android phone, and connect it to the EzySMSGateway. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes!

Now it’s time to configure your phone so it stays powered on and runs smoothly in the background — no interruptions, no stress. Set it up once and forget about it!

Before connecting to GHL, make sure your device is fully set up with EzySMSGateway and configured correctly by following the step-by-step instructions provided on the left.

General Questions

Question 1: Does your service really offer unlimited SMS?

Yes! You’re only limited by your mobile carrier’s Fair Use Policy. For standard workflows like reminders, updates, or chatbot responses, you’ll face no restrictions. For bulk campaigns, use our drip mode feature (training provided).

Most SIM cards will allow 100–200 texts per day before throttling or blocking kicks in.

Question 2: Are messages sent using my mobile plan’s credits?

Yes. Since messages are sent via your SIM card, ensure your plan includes sufficient SMS/MMS credits. We recommend using carriers with unlimited SMS plans for seamless use.

Question 3: Is your service available in my country?

Our gateway works globally! All you need is an Android device (Android 9.0+, 4GB RAM recommended) and a SIM card with SMS capabilities.

Question 4: Can I send MMS internationally?

MMS depends on your carrier and the recipient’s network. If your carrier supports MMS locally, it will work. Otherwise, SMS is the default.

Question 5: Do I need A2P registration?

Nope, that's the Secret Sauce... A2P registration isn’t necessary when using EzySMSGateway. You can launch campaigns instantly—no waiting for approvals.

Since our platform sends messages through your own SIM card, they’re delivered as standard person-to-person (P2P) texts — not through a commercial A2P (application-to-person) system.

However, you’re still responsible for staying within SMS guidelines and carrier rules. Make sure to:

⚆ Avoid mass texting large lists without consent

⚆ Always follow carrier and EzySMSGateway [Terms of Service] to remain compliant

Yes. Clients can reply directly to SMS, and responses sync with your CRM.

Question 18: What happens if my SIM runs out of credits?

SMS will pause until you top up. You can set alerts in the dashboard to avoid disruptions. Better still, we recommend using a SIM with an UNLIMITED SMS Plan.

Question 19: What Should I Do If My SIM Card Gets Blocked?

If your SIM card gets flagged or blocked by your carrier, don’t stress — it’s a common hiccup when sending higher volumes of SMS. The key is to act quickly and follow the right steps to get back on track:

The fastest fix is to insert a new SIM card and update the number inside your EzySMSGateway account. This gets you back to sending in no time.

Many carriers allow at least one reactivation attempt. Call their support team — they’ll usually explain what triggered the block and may offer guidance on staying within safe usage limits moving forward.

Question 2: Is API documentation available?

Comprehensive docs are provided for developers to streamline integration. Highlevel users will not need a Dev as our customized GHL App is so simple to install and integrate with Highlevel.

Question 3: Can I run marketing campaigns?

Absolutely. Use bulk SMS/MMS, drip campaigns, or automation tools for targeted outreach.

Question 4:  Can multiple SIMs link to one GHL sub-account?

Yes! Our upcoming number pool feature will enable this after our Pre-Launch. We don't have a timeline due to the complexities of tech but it should not be long after our official Launch. In the meantime, enjoy our $7, 30 Day UNLIMITED Trial.

Account Management Questions

Question 1: Can I upgrade or cancel my plan?

Soon you’ll be able to manage your subscription directly in your EzySMSGateway Dashboard. For now, contact support and we'll do it manually.

Question 2: How do I update billing info?

Soon you’ll be able to manage your billing directly in your EzySMSGateway Dashboard. For now, contact support.

Affiliate Program Questions

Question 1: How does the affiliate program work?

Question 2: What’s the commission structure?

You will earn up to a whopping 50% recurring commission on every referral’s subscription. (Commission for new Affiliates joining after our Pre-Launch will reduce to 40%) So join our Affiliate Program NOW to lock in up to 50% commissions!

Question 3: When are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid on the 15th day of the following month. For example, commissions earned this month are paid out on the 15th day of next month.
